Annie KIRKHAM , daughter of William KIRKHAM (1847- ) and Ann WADE (1851?-1906), was born in 1887 in Ballam, Lancashire, England. ² In 1891 she was resident in Lower Hall, Samlesbury, She emigrated from London, England to Sydney, Australia on 22 March 1895. In 1896 she was resident in Coolup, She died in 1983 in Maylands, Western Australia, Australia.
