William ALSTON (1893- )

William ALSTON , son of Ignatius ALSTON (1871-1945) and Ann HARDICKER (1872-1931), was born on 8 October 1893 in Preston, Lancashire, England. 1 He was baptised on 3 December 1893 in St Emmanuel, Preston. 2 In 1901 he was resident in 26 Dallas Street, Preston, In 1911 he was resident in Preston, 23 Aberdeen St. In 1911 he was an Assistant Photographer. He experienced Military on 5 August 1916 in Enlisted in the Navy - Portsmouth. In 1916 he was a Photographer. He experienced Military on 10 February 1919 in Dischaged to Shore on Demob, Portsmouth.
